for Working and Living in the USA
Overview: This one or two day
cultural orientation program provides employees from abroad with the necssary
tools for making their transition to the United States a smooth, successful
one. Our experienced intercultural
trainers focus on each individual’s unique situation, both at home and in the
work place. This results in a culturally fluent, well-adjusted international
employee.

Module 2: Cultural Orientation: Family Support
Overview: International employees are often accompanied to the United States by family members . Because spouses or children often don’t have
the structure and support of a workplace, it is not unusual for them to
struggle with the process of adjusting to life in the United States. Feelings of isolation, frustration and unhappiness
are not unusual. Through training and
counseling, AGC’s Family Support Program helps family members navigate their
way though the challenging transition of living in a new country.

facilitate the transition of living in the United States

Overview: This series of
communication programs offers non-native English speaking professionals the

and Business Writing Skills.

speaking and writing skills for non-native business professionals.
